Great car for an amazing road trip

My trip went very well. The car ran great, the AC worked perfectly, and Alex was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to extend my trip without any hassle.
A quick note for my fellow short people: the Kia Soul feels like it was made for people that are not super short like me. Even with the driver’s seat adjusted to its highest setting, my view to the left was largely blocked by the side mirror, and the seat pressed into the back of my knees. These weren’t deal-breakers by any means—I solved the issue with a cushion and a pillow behind my back—but they’re worth mentioning for shorter drivers who may have similar comfort or visibility concerns.
Note: This isn’t a flaw with the car, it’s just something to consider if you are vertically challenged like myself (I’m five foot nothing 5’0”).
Overall, the vehicle was reliable, and got me where I needed to go without any problems, and Alex was great.

The car was functional, safe and economical. That said, the passengers side windows do not always open or close. If you wiggle the drivers side window control for those windows, it does work. Try e host. Alex, is a great guy! Easy to work with and helpful. Car upholstery needs to be cleaned.
