Car already had cracks on windshield. Increases the risk of propagation and makes it not safe. Other than that it was ok.

Overall, good renter. However, we are a little puzzled by their end of trip survey comments regarding windshield and host attitude. There are no cracks in the windshield other than a couple old rock chips, which have been plugged and by an appropriate method for repair. Reread all the messages with the guest and nowhere does it indicate any attitude between the guest and host.
The car ran beautifully and the AC works great I would definitely rent from these guys again. I enjoyed my trip
