⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Vehicle and Smooth Rental Experience!
We had a wonderful experience renting this vehicle through Turo during our family trip to Arizona! There were six of us traveling, and the three-row SUV was perfect for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and ran great throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, especially in the Arizona heat!
The vehicle was also very good on gas. We made several trips around the area, including a couple of 20-minute drives to and from the airport, and only needed to fill up once during our stay.
The off-airport pickup and return process was smooth and convenient. The PreFlight Parking location was easy to find, and the shuttle service made getting to and from the airport simple. We especially appreciated the clear communication and detailed instructions provided through the Turo app. Everything from locating the vehicle to returning it was well explained and easy to follow.
Overall, it was a great rental experience from beginning to end! The vehicle met our family’s needs perfectly, and we would definitely rent it again.

The vehicle was not in good repair, the passenger door wouldn't open sometimes and there was an exhaust/fuel leak that made my daughter sick a couple times if we were in the car for too long. The vehicle ran fine but really needed attention, the seats were coming apart and pieces of trim were missing. Was also disappointed in the customer service aspect, I'd sent messages before the trip started to confirm the child seat (which was not at all safe and had parts missing) as well as advising the host that the vehicle smelled like smoke and the passenger door wouldn't open but received no responses to anything.
