Pick up was super easy . The video made it even easier. We arrived at the airport so it was great not having to pay for an Uber . We took the free shuttle. The car was clean . There were some marks on the car but we just took pictures and uploaded on Turo app. I will say eh only downside was that the doors aren’t automatic so we had to manually unlock the doors each time and that was annoying. Also when dropping the roof you have to tie it down each time but other that it was good and I would rent from them again
