When I first booked with Brandy I booked for another car. However a couple hours before my flight Brandy advised me that the car was stolen and that she could provide me with another car similar. That was the first inconvenience because we were notified a 1-2 hours before flight in which it wouldve been hard to communicate on flight. We had direct plans to get off the plane and get straight into our rental car. However, Brandy and the turo host was able to arrange us to get into a similar vehicle but we didn’t like prefer the color. However, we didnt want to ruin our trip or not have a car ready for us by time we got into the aiport. It was a smooth transition with getting to the airport to the car. Brandy gave us great instructions on how to take the shuttles, find the car, and the key for the car. The next day when we decided to take a ride on the highway the car began to shake extremely bad almost causing us to have an accident because we had to slow down on the middle of the highway while also controlling the wheel so we wouldn’t spiral out of control. This happened multiple times over the whole weekend.
I reached out to brandy about the issue and she suggested we visit a tire shop and advised us about the engine light. She mentioned that the engine light probably would come on and to let her know if it did. So, to me I believe Brandy knew her 2nd truck had previous problems and still decided to rent it out. Which caused my trip to be limited because we didnt want to travel or drive to much thinking the truck would break down or cause an accident. While also wanting to avoid the hassle of having to get a new car on our 2nd day there when we only stayed for 3. This was very inconvenient, stressful and I was actual very unsatisfied with not only the car but with Brandy seeming to know her car already had prior issues. I wouldn’t book with her again because this kind of ruin our trip. Hopefully she’ll take this review and fix her second car up. Hopefully, find the first stolen one.

Loved the Jeep! Fun car to have for the trip in Scottsdale! We enjoyed the area, got out to see yeh Superstition Mountains and went up to Sedona. The Jeep was great everywhere we went.
