Good communication , car was just didn’t meet expectations having check engine light on, it shakes in reverse, feels like it shifts late sometimes, and brakes squeal, all in all it’s a great car to get around and got us to where we needed to go I just didn’t feel safe getting there

Jeep was a nice little ”get around town" car. Decent gas milage, easy to drive. Cleanliness was fair. Pickup and return was easy. No issues. Would rent from again!
