Host was great, Jeep did everything we needed without issue. It did run a little rough though, which to me says more about the people using it than the host. Hate how people beat up rental vehicles

The vehicle was wonderful until multiple electrical issues with the car left us stranded. The resolution to this problem was less than ideal. This is not the hosts fault, but a Turo issue. There were no concerns with the pickup location. I guess the host forgot the vehicle was being rented, and wasn't home at the scheduled pickup time, and didn't leave the key fob in the lockbox. We had to wait for the host to return home before the car could be rented. This was 100% the fault of the host. Will I rent from Turo again? That depends on how the company deals with the reimbursement for the car we needed to rent from a different company so we could get home.
