Great host but the car had battery issues. I was left stuck outside needing a tow. I was only able to use the car for 6 days out of the 30 day booking.

When the battery concern was reported, I worked promptly to arrange assistance and resolve the situation. The Jeep had been operating normally before and after this trip. Wonderful car and host. Ran great and was easy to get through a tough trek of mountains in Northern Arizona. Vaughn was very communicative and even let me figure out the stuff with my bank until I got home so I could top off the gas tank. Would rent from again!
