The car was great. We had issues with the car play not connecting the sound to any of our phones, but luckily my husband was able to do a reset the car and it worked. Just frustrating to not have sound on your maps. The only other thing is I wish I knew we had to take a shuttle to get the car. I use Turo often when I come to Phoenix, part of the convenience is it parked in the garages of the airport. Not having to deal with a shuttle or tram. Maybe it’s new policy I wasn’t aware of. But a heads up would have been nice prior to booking as the shuttle service required us to wait awhile since it was busy. Beyond that, the car was clean, reliable and the host gave great instructions on getting to the car.
