I was disappointed with this rental. The Honda Pilot I received was not the same model/configuration that was listed, and the headrest in the back row was broken and would not stay up. This made the passenger sitting in that seat uncomfortable throughout the trip. I expected the vehicle to match the listing and to be in proper working condition. I would recommend checking the vehicle carefully before renting it.
