Fantastic experience from start to finish. The car was exactly as described, extremely clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip around Arizona. Everything went smoothly with absolutely no issues. The car was spotless inside and out. Easy to drive. Appreciated the holder for my phone in the console. Pick up was easy and conveniently located close to the sky train. Would recommend picking up car in the day time as we took pictures of the vehicle. Best done in the daylight. Drop off was easy too. Mark provided excellent, detailed instructions for everything and was very fast in responding to us. This was our first experience renting through Turo. And I would be happy to rent Mark’s Honda Pilot again!
