Cars were what was expected. Had an issue with first car and Chad was immediately "on it" and had a second car two us within a very short time.
I gave Chad 5 stars for car and service.
I would give Turo's host, Anthony C. (joined Apr 2019) a big fat -5. Yes, -5 for cancelling our initial reservation at the last minute. I'd give Turo a 2 for their handling of the first cancel vehicle.

Everything was perfect and very nice guy.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
