The process is toonon-personal. You also have to catch a courtesy bus to go away from the airport to pick up the car and use the lockbox with the code all the while only basically text messaging someone .you also have to download the app in order to do this. there are too many steps involved to rent the car. The bigger car companies have cars parked at the airport and all you have to do is catch the air tram to whatever terminal the cars are at go talk to someone and pick up the car ,and then when you come back, you just return it to the airport. There is no courtesy bus. There is no go to a certain garage to leave the car.. the vehicle is disappointing because four out of the five days the tire sensor light came on and the maintenance light was on. I do not recommend running anything from Turo again.
