Very great host, care very clean and great on gas. If I would have known it came with a car wash membership sooner I would have used it, I may have missed that part however. The car is very great on gas and I would definitely rent again.

When booking the address says the airport but its not. The pickup & drop off location are about a 4 min drive or an 8min walk.

The whole rental process was easy and smooth! Lou was clear with directions, access information and ensured to be detailed with rental expectations. 😁Pick up and drop off was very easy. We rented a 2025 Honda HRV and it was the perfect vehicle to take up to Sedona for our stay-cation. 🔥 There was nothing on the details that mentioned not taking pups but we did our best to use a fitted sheet in the back seat for our pups and upon return we took it through the car wash and vacuumed all the loose dog hair we could find. Looking forward to renting from this amazing team in the future!
