Lots of room. Drives very smooth. No issues except for the tire sensor warning light that came on. Tatiana let me know as soon as I messaged her, that they are aware and it will be fixed. Would rent again.

SUV was very reasonably priced for a last minute booking. We rented due to our personal vehicle having some issues that needed some time to be worked on.
It has a tire sensor issue so it did have a maintenance notification the entire time, however it did not affect the performance at all. The owner is very responsive.
The kids loved being able to watch DVD’s.
The SUV is very spacious.
It does have quite a bit of suspension noise while driving. It did not affect us at all. We did stay local.
I would rent this vehicle again.

The car was perfect for what we needed. 6-7 of us traveling to different parts of Az and a Vegas trip. Picked up my east coast nieces and nephews from the airport for a 21st birthday celebration and we were off and on the move. I was worried about storage space for luggage, but had nothing to worry about once I saw the car in person. The exhaust is a little loud, but I guess that’s to be expected from such a large vehicle. The car drove well and has some great features. I did have a little hiccup with a low tire pressure gauge going off saying it needed service and found a nail in my tire that was causing a slow leak. I reached out to Tatiana immediately and she was very responsive and had me take it to a tire shop to have the tire replaced. She made the process extremely easy for me and covered the tire. Things happen and even though it delayed our day a little bit, I really appreciated her willingness to help within minutes. This big car has some power to it! The hosts were generous with the miles that allowed us to travel to Sedona, Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon and Vegas. Thank you for allowing us to use the car to make wonderful memories together in one spot. If I need a large vehicle in the future, I would book this again for the room and because of the host.
