The car was great. Directions were fantastic and easy to follow coming from the airport in a new city. It was perfect for my daughter and I the host was a good host and answered any questions provided thank you so much for making a trip better and giving my daughter a great experience starting school.

Overall everything was fine.
Instructions were detailed, but then some details were not where said to be, so made it difficult to find, like the code, it said scroll down but it was not there, but the host did get back to me.
The inside windshield needs a good cleaning, and the windshield wiper fluid was not filled before my trip, I only had a little to start with then low fluid light went on.
I feel like the cars in AZ should include a windshield sun shade.
