Getting to the cars is a PITA and you can count on trashing your luggage with dust.

Worst turo experience by far ! after a long day of travel we showed up to pick up the rental and had to wait for forever to be greeted. Then, once I was finally greeted the guy started patting his pockets just to say “Sorry we lost the keys”. As if it couldn’t get any worse it did…The keys were finally found after about 30 minutes and as we’re loading the car we noticed the car seats that it said it came with weren’t even installed in the vehicle. Easy fix right? Yeah, no. We had to then ask for car seats and the guy points to 2 boxes and said while shrugging his shoulders “ I don’t know how to install these. Now even more time patching up there mishaps. I’d definitely give 0 stars if I could!
