This is my first time using the app, and my very first host. I had booked just a day or so in advance (Saturday for that Monday) and got notice the car I booked (4 door sedan) was no longer available. They were very responsive to my questions as they gave me a replacement (this vehicle). All my reservation stayed the same. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise! We had a surprise visit from family and needed that extra room for travel. The car ride was smooth, everyone was grateful for the AC features. Driving the car was easy to maneuver around. I plan to return to the area. Hopefully I can book with this host and have another memorable experience. 5 stars.

Location pick up is awful especially as a female traveling alone getting in late at night. Last stop on the train, walk 2 blocks in deserted area to a gravel parking lot with barbed wire fence surrounding the lot.
Also the car profile says the car has Apple Car Play - it does not, complete false advertising.
