Car was a decent car but not very clean and AC wasn’t working the best. Also posting came under picking up AT the airport as that was a necessity for me but it was actually outside of the airport parking.
Appreciate you sharing this, happy the car got you through the trip. The pickup location is in Turo permitted parking, and we hear your concerns on condition and comfort and are reviewing improvements. Looking forward to hosting your trip again soon.

We had our original jeep canceled less than 24hrs before we were suppose to pick it up. When we arrived to get our Durango it was not at the lot. They then shuttled us to a different lot and gave us a different Durango. The vehicle was not clean but we took it anyway after all the delays.

Would not rent again. Hour and a half late and no communication on their end with what was going on or even knowing they had a reservation that day. Vehicle was dirty, AC did not get cold just blew air.
