This was an excellent Turo experience from start to finish. The host was amazing—friendly, communicative, and incredibly accommodating throughout my trip. The Chevy Trax was clean, reliable, comfortable, and exactly as described. As someone traveling alone, I really appreciated having a vehicle that felt safe, dependable, and easy to drive. It gave me peace of mind the entire time I had it.
I also want to thank the host for being so flexible when my travel plans unexpectedly changed. They were kind enough to accommodate a later return after my flight was delayed, which took so much stress out of my trip. That level of customer service really stood out. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend both them and the Chevy Trax to anyone looking for a smooth, worry-free rental experience.
