We loved using this vehicle on our trip! There was great communication and we had no issues with the car. One thing to note- the pick up/drop off location is a little sketchy at night.

The lot is well lit, monitored by multiple security cameras, and located directly next to the police substation within the Washington/44th St Sky Train station for added security.
