Great car and service

The vehicle was in good shape for the high mileage that it has. The transmission seemed like it could go for a servicing but in all the car functioned. The check engine light was on but was notified by the host that it wouldn’t affect the car’s performance. A hand full of times the shifter didn’t recognize it was in park and so a warning came on the dash and the electrical wouldn’t shut off and the doors wouldn’t lock without me starting it again and fiddling with the shifter. Lastly the key fob was missing the rubber cover that had the pictures to tell you what each button’s function was so I had to guess when locking, unlocking and rear gate opening. The host was nice and responsive and pick up and drop off location was convenient. I will be contacting Turo for a partial refund do to problems with the vehicle.

The host was great at communicating. The ride was smooth and the perfect size for what we needed. However, we had a full vehicle and the back air vents did not work-messaged host and he said they will look at it after return!

This suv was so spacious nice and clean. No complaints. The owner was very communicative and respectful.

We experienced a mechanical performance problem during ur trip. The host was responsive and apologized for the inconvenience. However, the vehicle had a mechanical issue involving the catalytic converter that worsened during our trip. At times, exhaust fumes were noticeable inside the cabin. This was significant since we had children in the vehicle.

While a partial refund was offered and submitted, the overall experience was disappointing due to the safety concerns.

Greater transparency and maintenance before the rental would have significantly improved the experience. Because we would have made other rental arrangements as soon as we landed. Great communication and responsive!
