Love the car so much I might even buy one now. The host were amazing!

Car was pretty nice. Only issue is location for pick up drop off is a house way off roads with no street lights and down back roads like an alley. I lost service and couldn’t pull up directions. I think for something like that a little heads up would have helped I can’t be the first one to have any issues.

Who is your cell phone carrier? Verizon? T-Mobile? AT&T? Sometimes all that is needed is to restart your phone. I was very responsive and our location is our home address, which obviously we can't change. You did leave your wrecked vehicle on our street and my neighbor called the Police and I had to defend you and tell the police to not tow your vehicle.

When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed the back of the car was not very clean, and there was a large crack in the windshield that was not mentioned in the listing. Additionally, the listing indicated that the vehicle had Apple CarPlay, but it was not available in the car I received.

During our communication, some of the responses I received felt dismissive, particularly after I mentioned that I would make sure to return the vehicle in good condition. At times, it seemed that the primary concern was maintaining reviews and ratings rather than ensuring the car was clean and that I, as the client, was satisfied. There was also a comment suggesting that we would most likely go over the mileage limit, which gave the impression that the focus was on potential extra charges rather than on providing a positive rental experience.

When my friend and I arrived to pick up the car, I also got the impression that we were being judged based on our appearance and how we were dressed, which led to assumptions about our age and whether we would take proper care of the vehicle. That interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Another comment that stood out to me was when it was mentioned that the previous renter was an African American woman who had allegedly left the car in poor condition. I found this remark unnecessary and inappropriate in the context of our discussion.

Despite these concerns, I still made an effort to pick up trash and leave the vehicle in cleaner condition than when I received it. As a customer, I believe clear and accurate listings, along with respectful and professional communication, are important for a positive rental experience.

Gavin insisted on picking up the vehicle several hours early without paying the extra day. I instructions him to change the pick up time in the Turo App and he said it would cost too much. He still came early to pick it up and the vehicle was cleaned thoroughly despite the last guest trashing the vehicle. Gavin drove over the miles. The windshield was already replaced the day Gavin returned it as I stated to him when he picked up the vehicle. He's just wants to complain. He's cheap.
