We got a call one hour before delivery that the car had a big dent in the tailgate from the previous driver and that they left the car in bad shape but it was cleaned up for us. Well, when we got the car it was very dirty and dusty and there was a very large oily and brown substance in the middle seat, middle row and stained 2 passengers pants before we figured out what was going on. We would have returned the car and got something else but we didn't have time to do so. When we told the hosts we weren't happy they said sorry and that everything functions mechanically, which is true. There are multiple dents all around the car (beyond the "new" dent in the tailgate) and chips in the windshield and dust in the seats, door speakers and dash. We even asked to remove the seat covers as they were just gross but the seats underneath were equally as dirty. I would not recommend booking this vehicle unless it had a very full detail and time at the auto repair.
I'm sorry that the vehicle wasn't to your expectations. I didn't want to cancel and make you scramble for something else last minute as the guest before dented the tailgate and didn't return the vehicle when they were supposed to and left it in terrible shape. Obviously, the only thing I had time was to clean and get an estimate for the dent before delivering the vehicle to you. I'll get it taken care of and take it out of service to make the repairs and have it detailed.

Car drives great. Condition was decent and service is great. Location for drop off and pick up is a little off the beaten path but was not as hard to find as expected
