We were notified that the vehicle we reserved was not available “stolen” even though the vehicle was still listed for future trips. A vehicle substitution was offer and we accepted only because of the extremely late notification. The substitution was fine but again not what we wanted. The vehicle is also NOT on site at the airport as specified and was annoying to say the least to run around to a third party parking lot to find the vehicle. This is a defensive and uncaring operator as you can tell from their dismissive responses to other low star reviews.

The suburban was in nice condition and Ronald was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, we encountered a issue with the brake pads being worn on the suburban, but Ronald was accommodating and got us into a different and comparable SUV for the remainder of our trip. And he took care of repairing the brakes, so I’m rating the trip a 5 star because of Ronald’s help with this situation.
