The car pick up/drop off was easy and the host was great and answered in a timely manner whenever I reached out. The only issue I had was that the key fob did not want to unlock the car at times and it kept falling apart. I made the host aware of this the moment I picked up the car and they took note of it. Other than that, my trip was great and I had no issues with the car. I will definitely use this host again whenever I need to in the future. Thank you!

I noted when I initially picked up the car that it was not cleaned on the outside or inside and that there was animal hair all over the vehicle. In addition there was paper and debris in various areas of the car and the doors and windows were not cleaned. There also is a slow leak from the passenger back tire and I had to get air twice. Other than appearances, the vehicle drove fine and it served the purpose of the rental. When I reported my concerns the representative was kind and advised me that I would not be charged for any cleaning needed to the vehicle. Thank you for the use of the vehicle.
