Over all experience. From a dirty vehicle to dead battery. Poor communication. Replacement vehicle and same issue with second vehicle. Over all worse experience.

The car was great! The pick up was not smooth! I was given inaccurate instructions, which made me waste an hour of my time trying to find the vehicle! I was in a rush to a wedding dinner (which I missed!) I wasn’t told the vehicle was in economy parking lot and I have never been to Arizona before so I didn’t know the difference!
Thank you for your honest feedback. That’s absolutely not the experience we want anyone to have, especially when visiting a new place for something special like a wedding.
