The car was great. The remote, not so much. To help explain this further here are some of the things we experienced. The battery is near dead in the remote. Multiple times the car wouldn’t start due to the remote not being detected inside the car. You had to move the remote around and keep pressing the start button until the car would finally start. Unfortunately, 1 out of 5 /6 times would you be able to lock/unlock the car with the remote. Also, because the remote would not be detected, it was easy to lock the keys in the car. You would lock the car with the button on the door handle, it would lock, and only later would you realize the keys were inside. Most cars would not allow you to lock the doors if the keys were inside. Thank goodness for AAA. Like I said, it was a great car. Would have been even better if not for the remote. Would still use host again.

Car quality great. Pickup super easy via shuttle. Host was very responsive. Luxury car all the way with great pick up! Classy car for PHX!
