The car was ok, and the communication from the host was great. My dissapointment was that I booked a different (newer car), and was told shortly before my trip that it's not available. The host offer me this 2022 escalade but I declined, but he was able to upgrade me to a different car that I was happy with. Then, on the day of my pick up, I was told that this 'upgraded' car is also no longer available, and only option I was given was this 2022 escalade that I previously declined. I did get a partial credit but not enough to cover the cost of this car vs. what I reserved. All in all, I am glad I had a car for my trip, but the overall experience was unfortunate.

He reserved a 2023 Escalade Platinum I swapped him with a 2022 Escalade Platinum plus a discount. 2023 and 2022 Escalades are identical. Not sure how I could have accommodated more.
