Michael C was excellent !!! This was a last minute booking due to 2 cancelations and Michael C was very accommodating even allowing me to take the vehicle to the next state over for a concert which was the sole purpose of the trip . The Escalade ESV is very clean and mechanically sound .

How can I give a rating for a vehicle that broke down with a check engine light and would not restart? I was stranded on side of highway in 104 degrees for 3 hours. It’s been over 10 days and I have yet to be fully reimbursed. I missed my event which is why I rented the vehicle. My cell phone was so hot I could not use the Turo app during the heat. Why is it taking so long to get a reimbursement? This has been the worst experience.
