Pick up and drop off was a easy owner comunicates quickly truck needs some love but was schedualed for its needs as soon as i droped it off thing was an amazing vehicle other then the hiccup it got at the end but its getting repaired so should be amazing for the next guy i drove all the way to long beach and back in comfort for me and my friends vehicle gets excelent mpgs for a big suv i was impressed
