Car was good no problems there, had a family emergency the same day of rental and returned car next morning. Host would not accept any kind of reimbursement even though the car was fully returned after 1 day, host just replied you rented the car for x amount of days that’s the contract.

You had a nonrefundable trip and we’re instructed to call TURO as they are the ones that make the decision if you get a refund. From my understanding you did call them and they told you no so why are you leaving me the review as if it’s my error?
