Good car but few minor issues motor mount on left front is broken. I’m a certified ASE mechanic I can know and there’s a nail in the left rear tire. How do you get fix a flat?
We’re sorry you had a poor experience. This vehicle was just inspected, as in it literally left the shop before your trip and we were not told of any issues.
If you picked up a nail in the tire during your trip, I’m not sure how that is our fault. Please let us know in the future so that can be properly addressed.

The car itself was in great condition, and the host was very communicative at the start of our reservation. Unfortunately, three days into our nine-day rental, the check engine light came on and the vehicle became undrivable. There was no assistance provided in helping us secure a replacement vehicle, which left my family scrambling to find an alternative on short notice.
Additionally, the car seat that was provided appeared outdated and unsafe. I was told it would be a Graco brand, but the seat provided was not, despite my requesting photos three weeks in advance to ensure it would be safe for my infant.

Airport pickup is not exactly that took near 1 hour to find. Vehicle left passenger seatbelt did not work and windshield fluid needed to be refilled.
We selected airport pickup this vehicle was at the furthest point possible to pick up. You take the train to the last spot when you get off and follow directions given only employee parking is there we asked around went back to the other side which was the metro sketchy area following GPS. Host called back we went back to the other side. Lot was around the corner down a long gravel road hauling luggage at 12am with kids.
Upon loading up seatbelt in the left passenger seat was not functional.
Messaged host to return vehicle at terminal closer location as traveling with kids. Received no reply except to send pictures of where parked did so and was charged $50 improper return.

Immediately upon the recovery of the vehicle at an improper lot, we verified that there are zero issues with any of the seatbelts.
