This was my first time renting from Eric, and overall, it was a positive experience. The car was clean, simple, and in solid working condition. Eric was very responsive and quick to answer any questions or concerns.
The pickup location was easy to find, although I did have to wait for the Preflight shuttle. The lot is off-site, approximately one mile from the airport terminal, so allow a little extra time. You’ll also want to have the Turo app installed and ready to use, as it is essential to navigating the instructions and vehicle access process. Once I followed Eric’s steps, unlocking and returning the car to the same location was straightforward.
As for the vehicle, the Buick Envista was smaller than the premium SUVs I typically receive through my preferred rental car company, but it had a comfortable amount of room and drove well. For the make and model, I felt the price was a bit high for the rental period, although demand and limited availability may have contributed to the cost.
Overall, Eric was a helpful and responsive host, and the vehicle met my needs. I would rent from him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a convenient Turo rental experience.
