Eric is a very over and beyond type of Host.....We had battery issues with car and he really gave us the best alternatives and really put his all into accomdating is in this time of need.....I am impressed.

Didn’t really like the fact that I had to clean the car before heading to the airport
Car was clean but not comfortable.
