Nicole and her team are amazing and super accommodating! I was notified mid-flight that our original vehicle (with a different host) was canceled. I booked Nicole's BMW XM, and let her know that we're landing in PHX in 2 hours. Her team had all the arrangements made before we even landed. The BMW XM was very clean and such a blast to drive. They made everything so easy and convenient for us. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Phoenix. Thank you!!!
