The vehicle was turned in on time, clean, with a full tank of premium gas. While the vehicle drove smoothly once on the road, the experience fell short of a luxury expectation. Upon check-in at an offsite location, I was left waiting in the rain for over 15 minutes for the unlock code despite completing all required verification in advance. Additionally, all four tires were visibly worn/bald at pickup, which raised significant safety concerns. Communication during the trip was difficult when troubleshooting key options, and overall service did not align with the premium price.

This review is misleading and appears retaliatory. During the trip, the guest kept the vehicle’s keys while her husband drove from Phoenix to Tucson without them. She then blamed us because the vehicle didn’t alert her. We explained that keeping the keys with the vehicle is the guest’s responsibility. Unfortunately, she was unhappy that we couldn’t provide another key in Tucson. We strongly dispute the claims made in this review, as they do not accurately reflect the vehicle or our service.
