Steven is a friendly host! I highly encourage to rent from him! Most of all the car was mechanically strong at 80k miles ..... I would rent from him again.....thanks steven! 😁💯

Terrible car experience. The steering wanders, and if you need to make a course correction in traffic, it feels unsafe. Constant high pitch noise and vibration from drivetrain or wheel bearings. Rear tires had 1/32” tread remaining, which we had to spend 1/2 day on our trip having them replaced. Dash indicator lights: 1) it needs an oil change, 2) auto wipers and auto lighting doesn’t work. We had to replace the battery in the key fob. For a 4-year old BMW, this has either been wrecked, completely beat to hell, not serviced/maintained, or all of the above. After this experience, we will never rent through Turo again.
