Rented a BMW X3 and it exceeded expectations! The ride was incredibly smooth — felt like floating on air. Plenty of storage space for our luggage and great on gas too. We had a minor tire issue during the trip, but the host responded immediately and had us get it plugged right away — no further problems after that. Check-in and return were both a breeze. Only small note: we had to walk from the car row with our luggage in the heat, but the shuttle was there waiting for us, so it balanced out. Overall a great experience — would rent this car again!

Thank you for the positive review. For clarification, the tires were only about three months old and inspected before the trip. The vehicle was delivered without a flat. When notified, we responded immediately and directed the guest to a tire shop. Under Turo policy, road-hazard tire damage during a trip is the guest’s responsibility, not a maintenance issue. Regarding the heat, this is summer in Arizona, and parking garages are not air-conditioned. We’re glad the trip otherwise went smoothly.
This whole process was great. Great host and great car. No complains at all. I would definitely rent this vehicle again when I come back to AZ
