Krystin was beyond words accomodating and just an all around blessing. I had the trip from hell but making sure i always had the vehicle was the most easiest and calming part of it all. Aside the fact that the vehicle is beautiful and drives superbly. Thank you so much lady for absolutely everything. You certainly have my future business and i will be telling everyone i know.

The host in the beginning was communicating throughly which my party and i appreciated because our previous car was cancelled 2 hours before our flight and she was very accommodating and helpful even with the requirements that Turo set in store with the delay of retrieving the car. On the other hand the car had some major and minor issues being that the passenger sun visor was literally shattered and looked as if it was glued back together, the sun roof does not open —not even half way (you will get a crack the size of a pinky) and the tints in the rear end you can not see a thing at night so please be aware. I addressed issues with host and never got acknowledged and would take a day and a half or 2 days to respond even though read receipts are on for Turo. Nevertheless , AC is great for the temperature and does good for long mile drives. Would just recommend for host to check car more thoroughly before renting just because there was things that were under the seat that looked old and were not from my party and I.
