I didn’t like needing to do a car wash prior to return.
Hi Kelcee,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience this caused you, however, nowhere in the instructions does it say this is required. It is completely optional, but for those who get the car extremely dirty it provides an option for them to avoid a cleaning fee post-trip. Most guests reach out and ask if it’s mandatory if it’s not clear to them.
