Noble Luxury gets five stars from us :)

They were easy to communicate with, responsive when we reached out, and very gracious throughout our rental. I highly value good communication, and they were kind and helpful about everything we brought to their attention.

There were a couple of surprises courtesy of previous renters. A previous renter had smoked in the vehicle, and although the car had been deodorized, the smell remained. Noble Luxury was apologetic when we mentioned it and let us know they would be deodorizing the car again after our trip concluded. :) Obviously, cigarette smoke is extremely difficult to remove, and I feel bad that Noble Luxury is having to deal with the aftermath of a previous renter being inconsiderate. The car itself is quite beautiful and comfortable to drive, and I hope they’re able to get the aroma inside back to being as perfect as the rest of the car.

On a more goofy note, previous renters also left behind a few amusing treasures tucked around the car, including jean booty shorts and a fringed & bejeweled belt. Unfortunately, the shorts were much too small for me... or my husband. ;)

I had a great experience renting this Alfa Romeo through Turo. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pickup process was very easy, and retrieving the vehicle was quick and hassle-free. Communication was smooth, and everything went as expected. I would definitely recommend this rental and would book again.
