It was a pleasure renting this car. I had a great experience using this electric vehicle. It was my very first time driving and EV and having to charge it was surprisingly easy. The hotel was very easy to communicate with as well overall, I had a great experience and will definitely book again.

Car drove well.
Loss of one star because key fob was almost dead (needed a new battery), and car was painfully slow on fast chargers, never going above 67 kw (even when charger could do up to 350 kw) which made for long pit stops.

Hi Jeffrey, sorry about the keyfob it showed no signs of being low on battery while we delivered the car. That has been sorted now. As for chargers there is no car right now that can charge at 350 kw in production that charging rate is pretty typical among EVs. Thanks Philip
