We take safety concerns seriously, which is why it’s important to note that no brake issues were reported during the trip. In fact, you requested to extend the rental and only raised the brake concern after being informed that Turo’s late-return fees would apply. The vehicle was inspected and no brake defects were found. Had any safety issue been reported during the trip, we would have immediately addressed it. We strive to provide a safe and reliable experience for all guests.
Car needs breaks and check engine light was on. The car had to be jumped twice.
