Turo services was wonderful! I had problems with the car that I rented, and they made sure I was taking care of. Great customer care!

Car was great had some battery issues in the cold though

Battery died and had to wait for roadside assistance to return the car.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The battery drained because the interior light was left on. Once notified, we had a representative on-site in under 30 minutes to provide a jump and assist with the return. We worked quickly to minimize any delay.
