Rafael was very patient with me even though I had hard time during the rental. He understands big and small happenings throughout the trip, so that he makes sure the renters are comfortable and satisfied. His response time was very fast, even early in the morning. The car was maintained very well and reasonably priced. I’d definitely skip any other car when I visit NJ the next time, and happily drive Rafael’s gorgeous ADX again!
