Basil was an outstanding host! This was my very first time driving a Tesla, and he made the entire experience smooth, easy, and stress free from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions, which made me feel confident throughout the trip.
The Tesla was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It drove beautifully, was comfortable, and made our trip even more enjoyable. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and Basil made the entire rental process simple and hassle free.
