That's not cool I thought this was a good place to rent cars from I even talk to the guy personally as I was dropping of the vehicle and there was no damage to and they trying to charge me a thousand and something that bullshit

While you claim there was no damage, pre- and post-trip photos clearly show heavy scratching on both sides of the rear cargo area. All related charges were verified and determined by Turo’s Claims Department. We encourage you to review the photos. For future rentals, whether with us or another host, we would encourage that the vehicles be taken care of properly while they're in your possession.

Host was amazing, I just ended the trip early because the brakes were squeaking and I didn’t want to make it worse. Other than that the car was very nice and the host was very kind.
