John was fast to communicate, and made everything easy. Car is in great shape, I didn't have a problem with anything. He was understanding being slightly late as well. I highly recommend this vehicle, and him!

Car needs better maintenance. I booked it because it had unlimited miles and limited options for my dates, but the car had broken fog lights, windshield chips, and wasn’t in great mechanical condition. The AC was inconsistent — sometimes it worked fine and sometimes it didn’t. Only 3 photos were posted before booking. Spend your money elsewhere.
Ironically all the things you said were not okay were either just fixed or not a problem in the past. Let’s start with the less than 1 inch crack in the windshield, the fog lights work just fine despite being cracked. The brakes were just changed 4 days before you picked it up and the AC has always worked for my wife as she travels for work doing sales. My wife cleaned the day before pick up so how it was dirty is beyond me. Sounds like someone trying to get a free ride. No one else had issues
