Very responsive just had to learn curve with the charging of the vehicle and would’ve liked to have been warned a little bit more with more clear instructions for first time users, but he was very responsive, nice, and helpful! Car drove very smooth and was perfect for our trip!

Car was fantastic! No complaints there. Only thing was pickup instructions were not very clear, it was my first time ever at PNS and I was unfamiliar with the lots/shuttles so more clear instructions and an easier to find parking spot would’ve been more helpful. Pete was very responsive however and answered when we called. Thanks again!
Noted. Unfortunately Turo hasn’t updated the app to include the new parking lot. Due to all others being full we had to park in that particular one. Sorry about the confusion.
