The car was clean and spacious. Perfect for my fam of 7. I really appreciated Aspen's flexibility especially as I booked last minute. They also allowed me to extend the trip a few hours without issue. I will definitely look to book with them again. Thank you!

Overall the car rental went smoothly. The car smelled like smoke at the beginning of the trip, maybe the last renters were smokers. But the smell did improve just by airing the car out and driving with windows open. The breaks need to be checked though and the tires seemed kind of bare.

We were upfront about the previous guest smoking in the vehicle and offered you the option to switch cars at pickup. Sorry the smell lingered initially—we’ve had it thoroughly detailed again and issued a partial refund for the inconvenience.
Brakes and tires were both replaced shortly before your rental. We’ll inspect them again soon to ensure top condition.
